What was your memory of this trip?
Our accommodation, meal, and security here accommodation was fantastic our host family are incredibly welcoming and ensure you never go hungry. Sudhir is a good knowledge bank always happy to tell you about Nepalese culture and traditions’.
What was the most difficult thing you experienced while in the program?
The most surprising thing that I experienced during the program was differences in approaches to dental treatment, LA is only used for RCT and extraction also great differences in sterilization and materials used.
How were the local Coordinator and the staff and the support provided in-country?
The local coordinator and staff were very good and welcoming and the dental hospital supervisor was proud of his practice.
What was the most surprising thing you experienced while in the program?
The most difficult during the program we were hoping for more hands-on experience has learned huge amount.
Any tips for future volunteers….(clothing, travel information, packing, sightseeing, donations)

The ABV experiences that I will never forget have learnt heaps about dentistry and it has been an amazing experience. I love the Nepalese culture and way of life.
How would you describe your accommodation, meals, security?
How friendly the Nepalese people are although the trip to the hospital was always a crazy experience in the microbus, people were always happy to help and point us in the right direction when we look lost.
