1. How would you describe/rate the support provided by our in-country Coordinator
Amazing! The coordinator was very patient and accommodating with all of our needs. He was a great translator as well. His wife cooked really good food.
2. What is your favorite memory of your trip?
The people are my favorite part of the trip. The hike helped me be more mindful. The dance class was a lot of funs. Doing workshops with the local women was empowering and heartwarming.
3. What was most personally challenging aspect of this program for you?
Being able to be vulnerable and share my story to a room full of women and being away from my daughter was tough.
4. Any tips for future volunteers… (Clothing, supplies, packing etc)
Light weight jacket
Bring all wear layers
Pack light and have low maintenance hair.

Wipes, Open mind, chocolates for kids, Cash, donate books.
